The short version: BakeJoli does not offer refunds. All payments are final once processed. Please review your plan before purchasing.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to BakeJoli (a product of Small Binary LLP) are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not issue refunds, partial refunds, or credits under any circumstances.
This applies to all paid plans, features, and services offered on the platform, including but not limited to:
- Job posting plans for business owners
- Premium visibility or featured listings
- Any subscription or one-time charges
2. Why We Have This Policy
BakeJoli provides immediate access to platform features upon payment. Because the service is delivered digitally and instantly, we are unable to recover the value once access has been granted.
We encourage all users to carefully review the features and pricing before completing a purchase. If you have questions before buying, contact us on WhatsApp and we will be happy to help.
3. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or credit only in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error on our side.
- Payment processing failure: Your payment was deducted but the plan was not activated due to a verified technical fault on our platform.
To report such an issue, contact us within 7 days of the transaction at hello@bakejoli.in with your payment reference and a description of the problem.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your plan at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for any amount already paid. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to resolve any payment concerns before filing a dispute.
