By using BakeJoli — whether through WhatsApp messaging or the web dashboard — you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform immediately.
BakeJoli is a product of Small Binary LLP, Kerala, India.
2. Eligibility
To use BakeJoli, you must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Have a valid WhatsApp account
- Be involved in Kerala's food industry as a job seeker or a business owner
- Be willing to provide accurate and truthful information
3. Purpose of the Platform
BakeJoli is a WhatsApp-native hiring platform that connects food businesses and job seekers across Kerala. The platform enables:
- Employers to post and manage job openings
- Job seekers to create profiles and receive matched job recommendations
- Employers and candidates to communicate efficiently
BakeJoli does not guarantee employment, job placement, or the quality of any candidate or employer on the platform.
4. User Accounts and Data
Registration is completed via WhatsApp. You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and for the security of your account. Do not provide false information during phone number verification.
5. Employer Responsibilities
Employers who post jobs on BakeJoli must:
- Only post genuine, currently open positions
- Accurately state salary, location, and role requirements
- Comply with all applicable Indian labour laws
- Not post discriminatory job listings based on caste, religion, gender, or age
- Pay any applicable platform fees on time for paid plans
6. Job Seeker Responsibilities
Job seekers using BakeJoli must:
- Provide accurate information about their skills, experience, and availability
- Submit only genuine job applications
- Not spam the platform or create multiple fake profiles
- Not misuse or share employers' contact details obtained through the platform
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on BakeJoli:
- Posting fake jobs or creating fraudulent profiles
- Harassing or threatening other users
- Sending unsolicited spam messages
- Scraping or harvesting platform data without permission
- Advertising illegal employment opportunities
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the system
Violations will result in immediate account termination.
8. Pricing and Refunds
BakeJoli is always free for job seekers. For employers, paid plans include a 60-day free trial. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we fail to deliver the agreed platform services.
We will provide at least 30 days advance notice of any pricing changes.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
BakeJoli is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific hiring outcomes, job placements, or candidate quality. We make no warranty regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
10. Limitation of Liability
Small Binary LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including employment disputes, lost earnings, or any hiring outcome — arising from the use of BakeJoli.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically the laws of the state of Kerala. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ernakulam, Kerala.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp. Continued use of the platform after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
